Keto Cornbread Chaffle Recipe

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded (or mozzarella)
  • 5 slices jalapeno optional - picked or fresh
  • 1 tsp Frank's Red hot sauce
  • 1/4 tsp corn extract this is the secret ingredient that is a must!
  • pinch salt


  • Preheat the mini waffle maker
  • In a small bowl, whip the egg.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and mix it until it's well incorporated.
  • Add a teaspoon of shredded cheese to the waffle maker for 30 seconds before adding the mixture.  This will create a nice and crisp crust that is absolutely fantastic!
  • Add half the mixture to the preheated waffle maker.
  • Cook it for a minimum of 3 to 4 minutes.  The longer you cook it the more crispy it gets.


Serve warm and enjoy!
