In a large bowl, place mozzarella & cream cheese in a bowl. Microwave for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes until melted.
Add in almond flour, baking powder, salt and egg. Stir to combined.
Form dough into 4 round balls and then split in half.
Roll out 8 balls and shape into a hamburger bun.
Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 10-15 minutes, until golden brown.
Notes
TIP: These will then out a little and will expand as they are baking up. If the bun is to large for your hamburger patty, use a large biscuit cutter to cut to size one the buns have baked up and cooled for a perfect sized hamburger!
